  Honestly I never wrote a review but this gets one because it was that bad. First off the place was not clean, beds hard, the wifi did not work, the management was rude to me and tried to charge extra for little things like room cleanliness and upkeep (probably because they thought I was a teen), the tv selection was horrible, the staff that was friendly and helpful told me to raft with someone else (big springs) because they over charged, the door stuck, and that was just the hotel.
  The float itself was really fun but it lasted 4 hours exactly with breaks on a 5 and 1/2- 6/12 hour MINIMUM float time. Management then tried to tell us that we intentionally went fast when we mentioned that we did not get the full time (we were not asking for a refund or anything just asking why they advertised that way). When we asked workers if we could take the shorter route to float they said it was perfectly fine. Management then tried to tell us no while we were still in times in which we could rent and broker a deal to charge use more for even a shorter float time because they said that we put a strain on them. We still finished by the time their operating hours where still open (7 PM).
  Honestly I would never use this business again because they kept lying each time we asked for very reasonable requests and trying to charge us more for the advertised price. You would not go to a restaurant that would charge you for using silver wear or use of a waiter or would charge more than what the menu said. Then add small charges for dinner mints. This place charged me an extra $200 on top of their advertised prices for small nickle and dime things that I am still disputing. I served with the Marines and work in law enforcement and feel embarrassed for the way in which they treated me as a guest. Probably the most rude business I had to deal with ever.

  I spent a single night there with my friends to raft the next day. It's a beautiful area, but majority of the people were absolutely rude. They told us the long way for rafting would be up to 5 hours and it only took us about 3.5. We stopped just one time for maybe 10 minutes. We decided to go and do it again and their management said we were too late to do the long trip which was absurd. They tried charging us the full price for the shorter trip instead of the long which was even more absurd.
  Then to put the icing on the cake, once we left, I got charged $100 for us having a dog in our room! We did not bring a single animal into that place and the front desk lady insisted the cleaning lady was for sure there was a dog! Very horrible management but it's not fair to say everyone was like that. A two star rating instead of a one only because I enjoyed the floating part itself.
  
  We will never be coming to this place again. You could do way better.
